The formalization of reservations through the Web is subject to the following clauses:

Declarations: The Client declares: a) To be of legal age and to have full capacity to formalize the reservation, stating that they understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the Web. b) That the data provided when formalizing the reservation is true and complete. c) That they confirm the requested reservation, especially the indicated dates and the number of people. d) That they commit to complying with the specific rules of the tourist establishment.
2. Access to the Web: Access to this Web page is the responsibility of the Client.
3. Reservation:
3.1. The reservation includes the services detailed according to the rate conditions stipulated on the page from which the reservation is requested or formalized. These particular conditions together with these general conditions must be accepted by you before formalizing the reservation. The contract can validly be formalized in Spanish and in the other languages available on the web. In case of discrepancy between the translated versions of these conditions, the Spanish version will prevail.
3.2. Online reservations: The process of formalizing online reservations follows these steps: Step 1. Reservation Info: details of the reservation Step 2. Conditions: acceptance of the legal conditions. Step 3. Personal data. Step 4. Confirmation and payment. Once the reservation is made, a confirmation will be sent by email to the contact address provided by the Client.
3.3. Check-In: Unless otherwise indicated in the rate conditions, check-in will be done on the scheduled day of arrival from 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
4. Price and payment:
4.1. The conditions, the price of the services, and the accepted payment methods are those expressly determined on the page where you make the reservation. The Client expressly authorizes Hotel Can Skye Ibiza to make the charges provided in the rate conditions, for example, to cover possible penalties for late cancellation or no-show, accepting that the payment method data provided will be used to carry out the corresponding charges.
4.2. Promotions and offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the service recipients.
4.3. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, the prices indicated on the Web are Public Sale Prices, including VAT. The transaction will be made in EUROS, regardless of the Client’s origin. Hotel Can Skye Ibiza has a non-refundable rate that does not allow modifications: Advance payment: The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the client’s card at the time of finalizing it. Cancellation with charges: If a reservation with a non-refundable rate is canceled, if the client does not show up at the hotel on the day of arrival, or in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded. Payment for services is made by credit card or bank transfer. Can Skye Ibiza does not store your card details. Payment is made through a virtual payment gateway.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The non-refundable rate does not allow modifications.
