Starting in 2026, we’ll be welcoming guests to five brand-new, modern apartments – tastefully designed and nestled in the heart of nature. Each apartment features a large private terrace overlooking lush greenery – perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

Combining countryside charm with modern comforts, these apartments offer the best of both worlds. Quietly located and thoughtfully crafted, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat with all the amenities you need.

Each suite offers 50 m² of total living space, including a private outdoor terrace and green patio. Inside, you’ll find a spacious ensuite bathroom, a luxurious king-size bed, air conditioning, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi for reliable connectivity. Step outside to enjoy your own rain shower under the open sky, or take in panoramic sea views from your terrace - the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or golden-hour relaxation.

Wake up to birdsong, listen to the soft chirping of crickets in the evening, and take in the tranquility of rural life.

In addition to the new apartments, a smaller annex on the property is being transformed into a fully equipped indoor gym. Air-conditioned and designed for both cardio and strength training, the gym will feature a range of cardio machines and free weights to support your wellness routine.

With these additions, Can Skye will offer a total of 12 rooms and accommodation for up to 24 guests — all set within the serenity of the Ibizan countryside.
